Users who already have a myPromethean account can continue to use the previous login details on the updated platform. MyPromethean gets a new user interface and ported to a new domain. Both the ActivPanel Element series and ActivPanel 9 can be managed, nothing changes in terms of users, organisations, devices covered and previous information is retained, the same applies to Radix integration.
