• How many PDF’s/Documents can I convert during the trial period?

  • As many as you want. There is no minimum or maximum.
    

• Is there a minimum number of pages that a pdf/document must have to be converted?

  • No, we can convert files with any number of pages, however we do recommend to have a minimum of 4 pages.

• Is there a maximum number of pages?

  • No, more pages the better. We recommend that you put a lot of photographs to promote your school.

• How long are our e-documents available for?

  • If you are a member of our service (trial or paid member), then your e-documents will be available for as long a period as your membership is active.

• Can we cancel our trial membership at any time?

  • No problem at all, you can cancel at anytime.

• My e-document is loading very slowly - is there anything I can do about it?

  • It is most likely that you have used print quality high resolution photos/images on your pdf. Please save your pdf with 72 DPI images and you will see a tremendous improvement in loading speed.
